One Man in the Band is a funny and moving portrait of contemporary musicians who play as one-person acts. Thomas Truax duets with homemade instruments including the ‘Hornicator’, ‘Stringaling’ and ‘Sister Spinster’. American war veteran Man from Uranus plays avant-garde space rock while wearing wellington boots on his hands. The drummer Duracell wires his drums to sing and Ninki V uses a skeleton marionette to play her theremin. Featuring a live performance by Thomas Truax (Wed only).
