All That Jazz presents "Super Duper Love"
All That Jazz is a monthly jazz dance party with a fun and funky
musical vibe. Described by Leeds Student as "one of Leeds’s finest and most original new nights", each month you'll hear dance music from the last 100 years, anything from straight ahead dance jazz to the worldwide underground inspired by the originators - Ella Fitzgerald to cutting-edge electronica. Each party takes its musical and visual theme from something related to the month. February's party is called Super Duper Love and has a heartfelt amorous vibe!
Live dancefloor jazz will be supplied i9n two lovingly-crafted live sets by the critically acclaimed JB Big Band - 22 of Leeds' hottest players, pouring their hearts out for you - they brought the house down last time they were here, so this is one not to be missed! As ever, your host Daddy J will be overseeing the proceedings, there'll be face-painting, projections, sweet treats, "The One O'Clock Jump" - our open dance competition with a lovely cash prize, and plenty of soulful, jazzy, funky fare to keep you feeling the love into the wee small hours.
